Q2. How often do I need to replace the blades?

A2. We recommend replacing the mower blades approximately every four weeks, as they are consumable items. Regular replacement helps maintain optimal cutting performance.

Q3. Will a weak or partially covered Wi-Fi signal in the garden affect the mower's operation?

A3. RoboUP mower supports two types of connections: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. To control the mower or adjust its settings, such as creating maps or setting the mowing angle, you only need to maintain either connection. Once a mowing schedule is set in the App, the mower operates independently and does not require an active connection. However, Wi-Fi is needed for firmware updates or unbinding your account.

A4. The mower features lift and tilt sensors hat trigger an audio alarm if the mower is lifted or moved beyond its boundaries. If the mower leaves its designated area,it will automatically lock, and and you’ll receive a notification. Only authorized users with a security code can unlock the mower.

A5. Yes, the Charging Station is waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. However, it’s important to ensure that neither the adapter nor the Charging Station is exposed to standing water.

A8. The passage must have a minimum width of 80 cm and a minimum length of 40 cm.

Q9. Does the mower continue charging while on the Charging Station? Does it need to be removed after it is fully charged?

A9. Once fully charged, the mower will automatically stop charging and remain in standby mode. When its battery level drops to 90% while on the Charging Station, it will automatically resume charging.

Q10. Can the mower drive over a stone pathway in the lawn?

A10. Yes, as long as the height difference between the stone pathway and the lawn is no more than 2 cm, the mower can pass smoothly. You will also need to set the stone pathway as a To-Go Zone to prevent the mower from identifying it as obstacles and avoiding it.

Q11. Can the TM01 mow the lawn at night?

A11. Yes, the mower is capable of operating at night. It is equipped with the front light specifically designed for nighttime mowing. With the assistance of this light and the AI camera, the mower can effectively navigate and mow the lawn in low-light conditions. Howecer, you can pause the mower at night with"No Mowing " mode, ensuring a safe , undisturbed space for wildlife to thrive.
