Warranty Statement
: At RoboUP, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. To this end, we have carefully outlined our warranty statement to clarify the procedures and processes for handling warranty requests. Please note that the following statement applies exclusively to individual customers.

1.1. Warranty Declaration

To ensure a smooth warranty support process, please retain the purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant documents for your RoboUP product as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. This will enable us to provide fast and efficient service for warranty claims. Please note that only purchase receipts issued by RoboUP or authorized RoboUP distributors are valid for warranty purposes. All refunds, returns, and replacements will only be processed after the original product has been received and inspected at our local warehouse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these policies and outlined remedies are exclusive and supersede any other warranties, remedies, or conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied.

1.2. Warranty Coverage and Duration

Warranty Coverage:

  • Machines are sold directly by RoboUP or through RoboUP’s authorized distributors.
  • Machines owned by the original purchaser.

Warranty Start Date:

  • The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product.
  • For pre-ordered products, the warranty period starts from the delivery date.
    (Note: Machines replaced or repaired by RoboUP inherit the remaining warranty period of the original machine.)

1.3. Limited Warranty

Eligibility for Limited Warranty:

  • RoboUP must receive your service request within the specified warranty period.
  • The machine must fall within the stated warranty coverage.
  • RoboUP products must be used in accordance with the RoboUP user manual.
  • RoboUP products must show no signs of misuse, external damage, or human-inflicted harm during the specified warranty period.
  • RoboUP products must not have undergone unauthorized disassembly, modification, or additions beyond what is advised in the official product guide.
  • All tamper-proof seals on RoboUP products must remain intact and unmodified
  • The product’s serial number and labels must remain legible and unaltered.
  • The product must not have suffered accidental damage.
  • You must provide proof of the original purchase.

Exclusions from the Limited Warranty:
This limited warranty does not cover or exclude damages to the product or any of its components caused by:

  • Use of unauthorized and unspecified products.
  • Misuse or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Abuse, reckless handling, negligence, or commercial use.
  • Improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation not in line with user documentation.
  • Accidents, collisions, fire damage, water damage, chemical damage, operation outside the product’s working temperature range, high-pressure water spraying, earthquakes, floods, falls, or other natural disasters.
  • Damages incurred during transportation if not rejected upon delivery, reported within 24 hours, or supported with evidence of damage during transit.
  • Failure to use the original packaging or follow the packing guidelines provided by the customer service team during returns.
  • Operation of the product beyond its described permissible or intended use.
  • Unauthorized modifications that significantly alter the product’s functionality or capability.
  • Tampered or altered product labels and serial numbers.
  • Services, repairs, or maintenance performed by unauthorized providers.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Use of the product with expired or worn-out parts.
  • Use of the product with third-party components or accessories.
  • Non-compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Failure to provide legitimate proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or suspicion of falsified or altered proof.

1.4. Warranty Service Scope
RoboUP will provide the following services based on specific circumstances. For detailed information, please get in touch with RoboUP customer support:

  • Replacement of parts
  • Remote debugging service
  • Repair service
  • Exchange service
  • Return service

1.5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Prepare the Required Warranty Materials:

  • Proof of machine purchase
  • Machine MAC address (available on the machine and in the app)
  • Machine SN (15-digit code starting with “T” located on the black sticker at the bottom of the machine)

1.6. Limitation of Liability

1.6.1 If RoboUP is responsible for transportation, RoboUP is liable for loss or damage to your product while it is in RoboUP’s possession or during transit.

1.6.2 Under no circumstances will RoboUP, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers be liable for:

  • Claims from third parties against you for damages.
  • Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data.
  • Special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. RoboUP’s total liability for damages, regardless of the cause, will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

1.6.3 These limitations do not apply to RoboUP’s liability for personal injury (including death), real property damage, or tangible personal property damage as required by law.

1.6.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

1.7. Important Information

  • RoboUP provides free warranty services for customers within the warranty period.
  • Customers are advised to retain the original packaging for off-season storage or warranty service preparation.
  • Contact RoboUP support to file a service request before returning any products. RoboUP may refuse or return products without an assigned RMA number.
  • Issues with machines outside the warranty period may incur service charges.
  • Repairs may result in data loss.
  • Losses due to incorrect recipient address or refusal to accept the product are the recipient's responsibility.
  • RoboUP does not offer global warranty services and will provide warranty services based on the order’s delivery address.
  • Cross-country/region shipping requires RoboUP’s consent, and customers are responsible for any resulting customs duties or clearance fees.
  • Upon receipt of the product, inspect it for any damage. Report damages to the RoboUP support center within 24 hours with supporting evidence. Other issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. RoboUP assumes no liability for damages reported beyond these periods.
  • RoboUP reserves the right to the final interpretation of the warranty service policy.
