Do you accept installment payment?

Yes, we accept installment payments for your order through Klarna and PayPal. At checkout, you will be redirected to Klarna or PayPal for flexible payment options to complete your purchase securely.

Which payment methods are supported?

We accept orders by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna installment payment.

Order & Shipping

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Once your order is paid, our warehouse will require 1-2 business days to process it. After processing, a carrier will handle the delivery. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Time: 2-7 business days.

Please note: Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays. Delays may also occur due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions or technical failures.

Do you support cross-border delivery?

We currently only support delivery to the contiguous United States. Please note that due to delivery constraints, we cannot deliver to the following locations:
American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No,shipping to PO boxes is not available due to package size restrictions.

Where are my products shipped from?

All orders shipped to eligible European countries are dispatched from RoboUP's warehouse in Germany.

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at service@iroboup.com for return instructions.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can log in to your RoboUP account and cancel your order in “My Orders” on the RoboUP Store. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. Please contact the customer service team to apply for a sales return.

How do I track my order?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive an email from our courier partner, containing your package’s tracking number and information.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

What should I do if I haven't received any updates on my order tracking for several days?

We understand your concern and appreciate your patience! While tracking may not show recent changes, your package is still in transit. If it hasn’t updated in over 3 business days, please contact us at support@irboup.com or your shipping carrier for assistance.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?

Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If the address is incorrect and you cannot receive the order, refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Why does my order have separate shipments?

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments because different products have varying processing times and shipping locations. As a result, individual boxes might be sent separately, and you'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment.

Return & Refund

How do I place a return?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back with all included parts and accessories, in its original packaging. Please contact us at service@iroboup.com to receive return instructions

Do I need to pay for the return shipping ?

If the return is due to non-quality reasons, you may be responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the express company chosen.

If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to an error on RoboUP's part, you will not be required to pay for the shipping fee.

When can I expect my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method once we receive the returned product. Please keep in mind that if the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, only a partial refund may be issued to account for the loss in value.

Warranty

How long is the warranty?

The robot mower comes with a 3-year warranty.

How do I submit a warranty service?

We provide warranty service exclusively to customers who purchase from RoboUP’s official and authorized stores. If you need to submit a warranty service request due to defects in material or workmanship within the Warranty Period, please contact us at iroboup@service.com.

To ensure a smooth warranty service process, you will need to provide the product's serial number along with the original invoice or receipt. This documentation should include the date of purchase and all relevant product details.
