TM01 Accessories

Choose Raccoon 2 SE if your lawn is small (under 600㎡), has a simple layout (single zone or few obstacles), and you want easy setup with great value; choose T600 if your lawn is small to medium-sized (up to 800㎡) and you want more advanced smart features for more flexible and efficient mowing; choose T1200Pro if your lawn is medium to large (up to 1500㎡), has multiple zones or a more complex layout, and you want full smart control with advanced mapping.

Q2. Do I need to install boundary wires?

A2. There's no need. All three models (Raccoon 2 SE, T600，T1200 Pro) are wire-free. They use advanced navigation to map your lawn and stay within its boundaries, so there’s no complicated installation needed.

Q3. Is setup difficult?

A3. Not at all. Setup is fast and simple. Use the app to map your lawn, with no digging or wire installation required. Most users can complete setup in a short time.

Q4. Can it handle uneven or complex lawns?

A4. Yes. Our robotic lawn mowers are designed to handle a wide range of lawn layouts, from small and simple yards to large and complex ones. A5. Yes. Raccoon 2 SE works well in small gardens, fenced areas, multi-zone or segmented lawns. You can define and manage different mowing zones through the app for more precise control.

Q6. Can it avoid obstacles like pets, toys, or garden furniture?

A6. Yes. Our mowers use AI Camera Recognition and Bumper Sensors to detect and avoid over 300 types of obstacles, including pets, toys, and garden furniture. This ensures safer and smoother operation.

Q7. What happens when the battery is low or it starts raining?

A7. The mower will automatically return to its charging station when the battery is low and resumes mowing after charging. It also features a rain sensor that detects rain and sends the mower back to the charging station to protect your lawn and maintain optimal performance.

Q8. Can it mow multiple lawn areas or zones?

A8. Yes. All models support Multi-Zone Management. You can define different lawn areas, customize mowing schedules, and control each zone via the app. Raccoon 2 SE supports up to 3 maps. TM01 support unlimited map creation, ideal for more complex or larger properties.

Q10. What is your return and refund policy?

A10. RoboUP offers a return and refund policy for eligible orders within the specified return period. Products should be returned in acceptable condition with included accessories.

A11. No additional accessories are required to get started, everything you need is included in the package. Optional accessories (such as garage) can help improve maintenance and extend the product’s lifespan.

Q12. Do robot lawn mowers work in rain?

A12. RoboUP robot mowers are designed for outdoor use, but heavy rain may affect mowing performance and lawn conditions. Using a mower garage can help provide additional protection from long-term weather exposure.

Q13. Do you offer free shipping?

A13. Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €99. For orders below €99, a shipping fee of €6 usually applies. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q14. When can l expect to receive my package?

A14. Once your order is paid, our warehouse will require 1-2 business days to process it. After processing, a carrier will handle the delivery. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
