The RoboUP Raccoon 2 SE is available for shipment to the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

Mass production for the Raccoon 2 SE will begin in December, and shipments will start after the Kickstarter campaign concludes. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For US & EU users，after the crowdfunding campaign ends, shipments will begin after you submit your address information from Januar and will be made in batches based on the payment order. We sincerely appreciate your support and will maintain transparent communication throughout the fulfillment process.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

We cover the shipping fees for EU countries, the United States, and the United Kingdom. For other countries and regions, we have already covered a significant portion of the shipping costs; however, you may still need to cover a portion of it.
