A1. Raccoon 2 SE uses visual recognition to distinguish lawn and non-lawn areas.
For open lawns without clear physical boundaries (such as shared grass areas), we recommend using optional boundary pins.
These pins are placed directly on the ground at 40 cm intervals to create a simple boundary — no wires, no installation, no setup required.

A5. Raccoon mows in random patterns for full coverage. However, for flat areas under 80m² (861 sq. ft.), you can enable parallel mowing through the Target Area feature to achieve clean, straight lines.

A6. Yes! It can manage up to three separate zones, even if they’re divided by stone paths or driveways.
