A1. Raccoon mows in random patterns for full coverage. However, for flat areas under 80m² (861 sq. ft.), you can enable parallel mowing through the Target Area feature to achieve clean, straight lines.

A2. Yes! It can manage up to three separate zones, even if they’re divided by stone paths or driveways.

Q3. The controls feel sensitive, can I adjust them?

A3. Absolutely. You can fine-tune the manual mapping speed in settings for smoother remote operation.

Q4. How long does the battery last, and how fast does it charge?

A4. The Raccoon 2 SE has a powerful built-in 5A battery, which fully charges in just 70-minutes and runs for up to 150-minutes on a single charge.

A5. Raccoon 2 SE uses visual recognition to distinguish lawn and non-lawn areas.
For open lawns without clear physical boundaries (such as shared grass areas), we recommend using optional boundary pins.
These pins are placed directly on the ground at 40 cm intervals to create a simple boundary — no wires, no installation, no setup required.

A6. It handles typical residential lawn heights with ease and performs best on grass up to 8cm, while still navigating grass as tall as 12cm.
